Committed to bringing preservation and innovation of China’s gastronomic traditions together, Hutong takes on the quintessential Chinese food, dim sum, on our latest offering. The menu introduces eight bold and novel dim sum items with an added Northern accent co-created by the global team of chefs from Hong Kong, London, New York, Miami and Dubai. Taking signature dishes from each location, the team of talented chefs uses their masterful craftsmanship, elements from the North to the South and Hutong’s signature fieriness to present an unparalleled dining experience.
