Following the resounding success of our first global Hutong collaboration in October 2024, our talented global team of chefs from Hong Kong and Dubai have reunited to craft a menu celebrating the beloved art of Bei Fang Dim Sum (Northern Style Dim Sum), featuring eight new bite-sized creations. From March 28, guests can enjoy the centuries-old southern Chinese tradition of dim sum while embracing bold Northern Chinese flavours, delivering a true taste of Chinese cuisine. Available at all Hutong locations worldwide in Hong Kong, London, New York, Miami, and Dubai.
