Hutong unveils its new Qian Jiao Bai Wei – The Essence of Heat menu (千椒百味菜單 – 辛辣之萃), launching from 18 October 2025 to 18 January 2026 across its five global locations in Hong Kong, London, New York, Dubai, and Miami.
Crafted by Chef Ren of Hutong Dubai, the menu celebrates the rich heritage of Northern Chinese and Sichuan cuisines through five signature chillies and dishes, from Sichuan‑Style Wok‑Tossed Lobster to Flaming Wagyu Beef and Hutong Peppercorn Xiaolongbao. Each sauce highlights unique chilli varieties and regional techniques, balancing heat, aroma, and texture. Complementing the menu are two exclusive non‑alcoholic canned beverages offering a refreshing palate cleanser between courses.
The menu reflects Hutong’s dedication to the chilli culture and a distinctive culinary style showcased in the ‘occasionally fiery’ dishes.
