This Autumn, Hutong welcomes the hairy crab season with the limited-time Crab & Claw Menu.
Using only the highest-quality of the seasonal specialty carefully selected by our chefs, the menu introduces 8 exquisite dishes that takes the fresh, sweet taste of hairy crab to new heights using innovative flavours and culinary techniques. Indulge in contemporary dim sum such as the Xiaolongbao with crab roe filling or fiery hot dishes like the Ma la spicy crab with dried chilli, Sichuan pepper and Chinese celery or Confit carabinero with lobster broth rice.
